WATER CONDUCTING SYSTEM
The Water Conducting System was successfully completed for Suratgarh Thermal Power Station (STPS). It consisted of construction of 1.2 km canal for drawing water from the Indira Gandhi Canal, construction of 180 meters x 120 meters open air De-silting Chamber & a Pump House. NBCC LTD. awarded this job to us for their project for Rajasthan State Electricity Board.
ASH HANDLING SYSTEM
We have completed Ash Handling Plant for STPS, Suratgarh (Rajasthan). It is a 2 x 250 MW Power Station Project being handled by RSEB. It consisted of construction of Bottom Ash Hoppers, Pump Houses, Pipe Trestles & Footings (over 600 in number), Pipelines, etc. The total job involved 150,000 m3 of excavation, 8,000 m3 of RCC work, installation of High Horse Power HT Pumps (15 nos.), 17 kms. of pipelines & 1,100 Tons of structural work. This job included fabrication of 26 meters tall pipe supporting structures and construction of 2 nos. 45 meters span Pipe Bridge (over Railway lines) and 5 nos. smaller bridges.
ORDNANCE FACTORY, BHANDARA
We have constructed various sheds, tank foundations, Boiler Houses, etc., at Ordnance Factory, Bhandara, for their Acid Concentration Plants at Jawaharnagar (Maharastra).
COAL HANDLING SYSTEM
We have completed civil work for Coal Handling System for TRF Ltd. at Suratgarh Thermal Power Station for RRVUNL for the III & IV, 250 MW units. Besides doing complete Mechanical work, our scope of Civil work included over-burden removal (10 meter high x 11 meter wide : about 2,00,000 M3), excavation (-17 meter deep: about 1,25,000 M3), PCC, RCC, etc. All the civil work related to two Wagon Tipplers, Tunnels, TPs, etc. has been done by us. Plant is running smoothly.
TUNNEL & BELL KILNS for NALCO / OCC Ltd
We have completed excavation work on Tunnel & Bell Kilns of NALCO, Damanjodi, (Orissa) to make `Alpha Alumina’. Work of RCC, flooring and shed is in advance stage of completion under the inspection of EIL. The earth work was done mechanically.
